What is Spiritual Psychology?
Spiritual psychology invites an inquiry into the human experience and this deeper sense of life.
Through exploration and curiosity, one starts to sense that even the more difficult aspects of being human, such as sadness, grief, doubt, are welcome and can be held in this deeper experience of being alive.
I use a mindfulness style to explore aspects of the mind, the body and the heart and encourage self compassion as part of this practice. The mystery of life then has room to emerge and there’s more spaciousness to settle into it.
“Things don’t really get solved.
They come together and they fall apart.
Then they come together and fall apart again.
It’s just like that.
The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen:
room for the grief, for the relief, for the misery, for the joy.”
