Meditation

Meditation is a path to more kindness and caring towards oneself and to the world. Through meditation it’s possible to discover the nourishment within that becomes an offer to ourselves and each other. Meditation is not just a practice of getting somewhere rather it’s a path to our true wholeness, that is already here inside us.
